Parents must reserve to have their children attend any of the sessions offered through the website or by emailing their request to BanyanBuddiesReservations@pgaresort.com.
Parents must select a session time and day based on the following choices. All sessions are for drop off care only. Please make your reservations at least 24 hours in advance to allow for staffing needs.
FULL DAY
9am – 5pm $125.00 per child, includes lunch, snacks, arts & crafts
MORNING SESSION
9am – 1pm $90.00 per child, includes lunch, snacks, arts & crafts
AFTERNOON SESSION
1pm – 5pm $75.00 per child, includes snacks, arts & crafts
KIDS NIGHT OUT
6pm – 10pm $95.00 per child, includes dinner, arts & crafts
*Club Members receive a 20% discount on all session pricing listed above.
Children are encouraged to bring bathing suit, a change of dry clothes, and sunscreen. No outside food will be allowed.
Reservations must be cancelled 6 hours in advance of session to refund payment.
Children must be completely toilet trained, age 4 to age 12.
Children will be screened at the door for normal temperature and health status. All sessions are for drop off care only. No “stay and play” options for adults to stay with children are offered at this time to comply with Resort Health & Safety protocols.
Our ratio is one staff to five children.

Payments are made through the member card/ room number/ credit card and are subject to a 100% no-show cancellation fee.
Each child must have a signed Child Information Form with a mobile phone contact available when the child is in session. Please notify if your child has any allergies or medical conditions that we need to be aware of.
